Special Meeting June 11, 2006 6:00 PM

The Board met at the home of Fran Oroson to accept the resignation of Jeff Nelson. Jeff sent an e-mail to Jim Curley Properties and Gary Petersen stating he was resigning as of the end of his term on June 30, 2006.

Terry Emery made a motion that Michael “Matty” Mathisen be elected to fill Jeff Nelson’s position until the 2007 Annual Meeting when new board members will be nominated and elected. Jim Grinstead seconded the motion and Matty was elected unanimously.

Matty was welcomed to the Board.

Although this was not a regularly scheduled meeting the re-roofing of building one was reviewed with Matty. Parking issues and speeding were also discussed. Matty was given a copy of the May 31, 2006 Financial Statements and the password for the Board’s e-mail.

The special meeting was adjourned and the next regular meeting will be August 3, 2006 at 6:30 pm in the club house at Nashboro Village Golf Club.
