The new officers were introduced: Deborah Montgomery and Mindy Schwartz. Lyle Fuson sent an e-mail earlier in the day stating he was called out of town on business and would not be able to attend the meeting. Election of officers for 2007 was the first order of business. Officers were elected as follows:

The duties of the Board Members were outlined for the new members, and the minutes from the January Meeting were discussed. The Annual Meeting was reviewed.

Jim Curley reported on repairs and maintenance for December and January, and the projected maintenance issues for February and March. He also reviewed for the new members the major issues we dealt with in 2006.

We still have three on going issues that need to be taken care of: 1) parking in the visitor spaces continues to be a problem (warnings are being issued, towing will be our next step); 2) garbage cans remaining outside the condos is still an unsightly problem (warnings are being given, fines will be given out next), and 3) the garage door still has not been installed at 448 (Attorney Weaver has sent another letter to the owner, and if not taken care of immediately, we will seek alternative legal steps). The list of residents who are delinquent on their association fees was reviewed. Some are still paying $90 per month, when our association dues are $99 per month. Letters will be sent to these homeowners

Jim handed out copies of the monthly budget and it was discussed and explained to the new members.

It was voted that the Board will meet every other month, with special meetings called when necessary. Our next Board Meeting will be April 5, 2007. Location will be determined later.
