Annual Meeting
January 18, 2007

Gary Petersen, President of the Nashboro Greens Homeowner’s Association called the 2007 Annual Meeting to order. Jim Curley, Jim Curley Properties, reported that a quorum was not present; therefore, no votes could be counted.

The Annual Meeting was conducted in accordance with the Agenda sent to all homeowners on January 2, 2007.

Roll Call A quorum was not represented at the Annual Meeting

Proof of Notice The “Notice of Annual Meeting of The Greens Homeowners Association” mailed January 2, 2007 was shown

Report of Board of Managers During the 2006 year the following was done:

- New house numbers installed

- New street signs were installed

- No parking in visitor spaces were installed

- Homes in Phase I were power washed and painted

- Shrubs were planted at the end building on Nashboro Greens Way and Nashboro Greens Court

- Landscaping behind building one was completed

- A new roof was installed on building one

- Repairs were completed on numerous units

Review of Operating Budget Budget items were addressed, explaining why some costs had increased. All items were justified.

The Board elected to accept the budget as published since a quorum was not present to vote.

New Business Since a quorum was not present, and there were no nominations from the floor for the three board member positions being vacated, the Board elected to appoint the three people nominated by the Nominating Committee. Out going Board Members are Terry Emery, Jim Grinstead and Matty Mathisen. The three new Board Members are Deborah Montgomery, Mindy Schwartz and Lyle Fuson. The term for Board Members is two years.

Adjournment There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
