The January 2007 meeting was devoted the planning of the Association’s Annual Meeting scheduled for January 18, 2007 at the Nashboro Golf Club, 6:30 PM.

The Notice of Annual Meeting of The Greens Homeowners Association will be the agenda used at the Association Meeting:

(A) Roll Call

(B) Roof of Notice

(C) Report of Board of Managers

(D) Election of Officers

(E) Review of Operating Budget

(F) New Business

(G) Adjournment

Fran Oroson distributed a print out of income and expenses for 2006. As soon as the December figures are available she will update this information.

Since this meeting was to be devoted to the Association Meeting, no other business was discussed and the meeting was adjourned.
