About the bill you received from Ghertner & Co.
and the master association

In addition to the monthly assocation fee to The Greens, residents receive an annual statement from Ghertner & Co. regarding a $55 maintenance fee. Here's how the system works.

Nashboro Village is a development that stretches along Nashboro Blvd. from Murfreesboro Rd. to Bell Rd. Within that area are apartment and condominium communities, including the Greens.

The Greens has its own board of directors which contracts with Jim Curley Properties to manage the day-to-day aspects of our portion of Nashboro Village.

Just as The Greens is responsible for maintenance of the common area we all share, Nashboro Village is responsible for common areas within the larger Nashboro Village community. Those expenses include lawn care, insurance, water and electricity, among other items. These expenses are covered by your $55 annual fee. Your $90 monthly fee covers expenses within The Greens community.

It's important not to confuse the two management firms. If you have maintainence issues concerning The Greens or Nashboro Village in general, please direct those comments to Jim Curley Properties. If the issues need to be addressed by Ghertner, they will be passed along and tracked to make sure action was taken.
