Article 5 - Committees
Section1. General.
Committees are hereby authorized to perform such tasks and to serve for such periods as may be designated by a resolution adopted by a majority of the Directors present at a meeting at which a quorum is present. Each committee shall operate in accordance with the terms of the resolution of the Board of Directors designating the committee or with rules adopted by the Board of Directors.
Section 2. Covenants Committee.
In addition to any other committees which may be established by the Board pursuant to Section 1 of this Article, the Board of Directors may appoint a Covenants. Committee consisting of at least three (3) and no more than five (5) members. Acting in accordance with the provisions in the Declaration, these By-Laws, and resolutions the Board may adopt, the Covenants Committee, if established, shall be the hearing tribunal of the Association and shall conduct all hearings held pursuant to Article 111, Section 22 of these By-Laws.
